Job responsibilities include:

Teaching middle and high school science courses Teaching from a biblical worldview Maintaining a safe and disciplined environment for the students Creating and implementing daily lessons for students, incorporating Biblical integration in each lesson Maintaining a high level of classroom management Observing and evaluating the progress of each student Differentiating instruction as required Maintaining communication with parents Being available for parent conferences Working cooperatively with administrators, fellow teachers, and parents Attending staff meetings, staff training, and school functions Assisting the Administration with specified activities Creating a personal development plan documenting professional growth
