Position:

6th Grade ELA/Science Teacher The Wakefield School District is seeking a dynamic, student-centered 6th Grade English Language Arts (ELA) and Science Teacher to join our middle school team. This educator will be responsible for delivering engaging, standards-aligned instruction that fosters literacy, critical thinking, and scientific inquiry. QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Valid New Hampshire educator certification in Elementary Education, Middle Level Education, ELA, Science, or a related endorsement (or eligibility for certification)
• Knowledge of middle school literacy instruction and Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) or equivalent frameworks
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and meeting the needs of diverse learners
