Biology 7-12 - High School Biology & Middle School Science 8
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must possess the appropriate New York State Certification to teach Biology. Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of and ability to implement instruction aligned with NYS science standards; knowledge of and ability to implement strategies to address the needs of diverse learners; knowledge of and ability to implement effective positive classroom management strategies and strong communication skills. Dual certification in General Science 7-12 and/or another science preferred.
SALARY:
Salary will be determined in accordance with the WTA contract based on the individual's prior training and level of experience.
