Full-time Requirements:
A valid Ohio Department of Education teaching license with the ability to instruct high school science, preferably integrated science,(grades 6-12). Master's degree in content area, or 18 semester graduate hours in Biology preferred. Instructional areas of focus include Anatomy and Physiology.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging classroom instruction with lessons aligned to the state standards and the district's board of education approved curriculum to help students master science content. Maintain a high expectation for student performance and provide support to help build mastery skills. Use scientifically proven instructional practices and assess student learning. Work collaboratively with students, parents and school personnel.
