All Kettering City School District locations and outside locations as designated by the Assistant Superintendent of Human Capital.

PHYSICAL SCIENCE TEACHER
Effective 2026-27 School Year
LOCATION
:
KETTERING FAIRMONT HIGH SCHOOL GENERAL INFORMATION
: Seeking applicants with Ohio 7-12 Physical Science Teaching License. Preference will be given to applicants who are certified in both life science and physical science.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES, Partial List :
Develops daily and seasonal educational objectives. Supervises and manages all classroom activities. Participates in school-wide programs and activities. Communicates with parents and guardians of assigned students. Maintains records regarding student progress. Provides a variety of instructional experiences for all students.
QUALIFICATIONS, Partial List :
Valid Ohio teaching license. Must pass criminal background checks and pre-employment drug screening. Collaboration and problem-solving skills. Educational technology skills.
SALARY :
According to the approved teacher salary schedule.
