Role Description The Adjunct Professor will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging academic content, developing syllabi, and conducting high-quality instruction in their specific area of expertise. The role also includes grading assignments, providing feedback to students, and participating in ongoingvements. This is a hybrid contract role based in Milpitas, CA, offering flexibility with a combination of on-site acurriculum improvements. Qualifications Proficiency in curriculum development and instructional strategies for higher education. Strong teaching, mentorship, and public speaking abilities to foster an engaging learning environment. Excellent organizational skills, analytical abilities, and time management to support administrative and instructional responsibilities. Advanced knowledge and proficiency in the subject area relevant to the course being taught. Experience with virtual learning tools and hybrid education platforms to support on-site and remote teaching. Master's degree or higher in a relevant discipline (Doctorate preferred). Prior teaching experience at the post-secondary level is a strong advantage. Commitment to upholding ethical standards and contributing to an inclusive, diverse educational community.
