We are currently building a team of highly qualified educators to support homeschool instruction, academic intervention services, high-dosage tutoring initiatives, and personalized learning programs. This is not a homework-help or supervision role. Learning Coaches serve as instructional providers responsible for planning, delivering, and monitoring student learning in assigned content areas. Current Instructional NeedsElementary (K-5) Reading Math Writing Science Social Studies Secondary (Grades 8-9) Math & English Language Arts Pre-Algebra Algebra I English Language Arts Reading Comprehension Writing Science & Social Studies Physical Science Life Science Earth Science U.S. History Civics Geography Responsibilities Deliver high-quality instruction through virtual and/or in-person sessions Develop lesson plans aligned to curriculum standards, scope and sequence documents, and pacing guides Differentiate instruction based on student needs and learning goals Assign, review, and provide feedback on student work Monitor academic progress and mastery of standards Maintain instructional records and student progress notes Communicate with parents regarding student growth and instructional recommendations Create engaging learning experiences that build confidence and academic success Support students enrolled in homeschool, private school, and public school settings Additional Opportunities Qualified educators may also have opportunities to provide: High-Dosage Tutoring (HDT) Academic intervention services Small-group instruction Summer learning programs After-school tutoring and enrichment services Additional assignments are based on qualifications, availability, enrollment, and district contract opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required Current or former teaching certification preferred Demonstrated instructional experience in assigned grade levels or content areas Strong lesson planning and progress-monitoring skills Ability to engage students in one-on-one and small-group settings Excellent communication and organizational skills Daytime Availability Required Candidates must have consistent availability during traditional school hours.
