Job Descriptions What We're Looking For:
Positive, student-focused educators with strong content and classroom management skills Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities Committed to high expectations and academic achievement for all students Open to feedback, coaching, and continuous growth Experience in Title I or high-need school settings is a plus Passion for supporting the whole child academically and socially Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Valid Tennessee teaching license in 6-8 Science, 6-12 Science OR current enrollment in an accredited teacher preparation program
Compensation & Additional Info:
Salary Scale based on education and experience - starting at $50,000.00 Eligible positions may qualify for additional pay under the Differentiated Compensation Plan Benefits Licensure Subject to change.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required Valid Tennessee teaching license in 6-8 Science, 6-12 Science OR current enrollment in an accredited teacher preparation program
