Leadership Development Instructor (NCO Focus)

Are you a seasoned military leader passionate about developing the next generation? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instructor/Facilitator to train and mentor Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) into effective leaders for complex operational environments. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Directly influence the growth of NCOs by delivering impactful, performance-based leadership training.

Leverage Your Expertise:

Utilize your extensive military experience (E-8 or equivalent) to mentor and guide students.

Innovate and Improve:

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our curriculum by providing feedback on lesson plans, practical exercises, and assessments.

Embrace Modern Training Methods:

Deliver instruction through the Blackboard Learning Management System, engaging with students in a dynamic online environment. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in military instruction and a commitment to excellence. While not required at hiring, the ideal candidate will have or be able to obtain the Common Faculty Development-Instructor Course (CFD-IC) certification within six months.

Pay:

$90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
