This position supports student learning through the development, organization, and delivery of course content across TTUHSC campuses using educational technologies and innovative teaching methods. The Adjunct Instructor collaborates with OTDP program director to ensure effective course administration, student assessment, and achievement of program learning outcomes. Responsibilities may include teaching assigned courses, facilitating laboratory and experiential learning activities, mentoring students, evaluating student performance, and supporting accreditation and programmatic initiatives. The individual will uphold the School of Health Professions' commitment to academic excellence, professional development, and evidence-based practice. The ideal candidate is an experienced occupational therapist and educator with a passion for teaching and mentoring future occupational therapy practitioners. This individual demonstrates strong clinical expertise, effective communication skills, and the ability to translate occupational therapy theory and practice into engaging, meaningful learning experiences.
