Accordingly, if you will now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status this moratorium may affect our ability to employ you should you be selected as the final candidate . ________________________________________________________________________________________ The School of Public and Allied Health is looking to hire an Adjunct Instructor to work in the Department of Public Health & Health. This part-time non-tenure track Adjunct Instructor will teach the undergraduate and graduate level courses. The salary is determined in accordance with the University's compensation structure and will be commensurate with the candidates' education and experience, within the assigned salary range for this position.
Responsibilities:
Ability to teach and relate positively to undergraduate and graduate students. Preparing and delivering course materials, conducting practical sessions, and evaluating student performance. Contribute to curriculum development and engage actively with students to enhance learning through office hours and support mechanisms. Participate in departmental meetings and collaborate with fellow faculty to align with educational goals, often integrating innovative teaching methods and technologies to facilitate a dynamic learning environment. Adaptability to meet various student needs and institutional expectations.
Required Education and Experience:
Masters degree in Healthcare or related field. Three years of higher education experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to use and implement technology in the course management. Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
