To Be Determined Job Description Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in subjects such as reading, writing, math, science, and social studies Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment Assess and monitor students' academic progress and provide feedback Develop and implement classroom management strategies Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs and learning styles Use educational technology and teaching aids effectively Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student performance and behavior Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Organize and supervise classroom activities, field trips, and events Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student development Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field Teaching certification or license (as required by the state/country) Strong knowledge of elementary curriculum and teaching methods
