Outside Golf Operations

Position Overview We are seeking reliable and customer-focused individuals to join our Outside Golf Operations team. This role is essential to delivering a high-quality golf experience by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent service for members and guests. Key Responsibilities Greet members and guests upon arrival with a friendly, professional attitude Assist with loading and unloading golf bags Stage and clean golf carts before and after use Maintain the driving range (picking, washing, and organizing golf balls) Keep bag storage and cart areas clean and organized Provide general assistance to golfers as needed Follow all club policies and safety procedures Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Good communication and customer service skills Ability to lift and carry golf bags (up to 40 lbs) Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays Preferred (but not required) Interest in golf or prior golf course experience Previous customer service experience What We Offer Flexible scheduling Friendly team environment Opportunity to work in a beautiful outdoor setting Potential for growth within club operations
