Job Description

Overview Join our summer camp team and be part of something bigger than just a job! As a Summer Camp Counselor, you'll help create a fun, high-energy, Christ-centered environment where children can grow in both faith and friendships . Each day is filled with laughter, learning, and opportunities to point campers toward strong values through Bible lessons, encouragement, and everyday moments . This role is perfect for someone who loves working with kids, enjoys being active, and wants to make a lasting impact while sharing God's love in a meaningful way. You won't just be leading activities—you'll be helping shape memories, build confidence, and pour into the lives of children all summer long. Duties Lead and supervise campers through exciting daily activities such as sports, crafts, outdoor games, and interactive Bible lessons Assist with and participate in field trips, water days, and special themed activities Create a safe, welcoming, and Christ-centered environment for all campers Encourage positive behavior, teamwork, and kindness through everyday interactions Help guide campers in learning strong values and character through faith-based conversations and mentorship Provide basic first aid when needed and follow all safety procedures Stay engaged, energetic, and present with your group throughout the day Serve as a positive role model both in actions and attitude Requirements Must be 19 years or older Experience working with children (babysitting, daycare, camp, etc.) is preferred Positive, energetic personality with a love for working with kids Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to stay active and engaged in a fast-paced environment Dependable, responsible, and punctual Willingness to support and represent a Christ-centered environment and values CPR/First Aid certification is preferred (or willingness to obtain through one of our paid for classes) If you're looking for a summer job where you can have fun, build relationships, grow in your faith, and make a real difference , this is the place for you!
