We focus on authentic, traditional Muay Thai training — not cardio kickboxing or hybrid styles. Our program emphasizes real technique, cultural elements (Wai Kru / Ram Muay), and structured training. We have built a strong and growing community of over 100 active members, including both adults and youth athletes. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Muay Thai Coach who is passionate about authentic Muay Thai and capable of leading high-quality group classes. This role is ideal for a coach who values traditional Muay Thai and wants to grow with a serious, technique-focused gym. Requirements Experience teaching Muay Thai group classes Strong foundation in authentic Muay Thai (not kickboxing-based styles) Training experience in Thailand is highly preferred Ability to lead structured classes and manage different skill levels Professional, reliable, and passionate about coaching Preferred (but not required) Experience working with youth students Fight experience or competition background Understanding of Muay Thai culture (Wai Kru / Ram Muay)
