Job Description
Taejo Kickboxing is currently seeking a passionate and skilled Muay Thai Instructor (Men/women) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Muay Thai, excellent teaching abilities, and a commitment to helping students achieve their personal fitness and martial arts goals. Responsibilities Instruct students in the techniques and principles of Muay Thai, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment. Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to various skill levels, promoting physical fitness and discipline. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills. Organize and lead training sessions, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages teamwork and respect among participants. Qualifications Proven experience in sports coaching and teaching, particularly in Muay Thai and other martial arts. Strong background in physical education and related sports such as karate, judo. Ability to engage and instruct students of various ages, including children. Knowledge of health club operations and fitness training principles. Fight experience required.
