This dual role combines a passion for life-saving education with strong business and administrative skills. You will teach essential skills at our campus and mobile locations, while managing back-end operations, digital platforms, and customer coordination.
Key Responsibilities Instruction & Mentorship:
Lead routine location-hosted and on-demand regional classes. Maintain high-level AHA BLS skill mastery. Shadow, mentor, and monitor new instructor candidates.
Admin & Instructor Support:
Create and prepare class training packets. Promptly handle email inquiries regarding enrollment, rescheduling, certificates, and private on-site training. Remain accessible via phone/text during business hours.
Software & Financial Tracking:
Use Enrollware to manage schedules, client profiles, and payments. Record transactions into Zoho Books and ensure strict AHA paperwork compliance.
Sales & Marketing:
Drive growth through proactive marketing calls to generate leads. Upload daily course listings to the AHA Atlas website , Google, and social media.
Operations & Inventory:
Spearhead office organization and streamline daily workflows. Manage physical classroom upkeep, tech/AV maintenance, and conduct structured weekly, monthly, and yearly inventory counts.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications AHA Certifications:
Current AHA BLS Instructor Certification, current BLS Provider card, and completion of the BLS Instructor Essentials Course with successful monitoring history.
Mobility & Access:
W illing to travel to campus locations and regional on-site classes. Must be accessible via personal phone during business hours.
Technical & Admin Skills:
Proficient in (or able to quickly learn) Enrollware and Zoho Books . Exceptional attention to detail for precise paperwork, roster management, and financial entry.
Communication & Drive:
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable making proactive sales outreach calls, managing deadlines, and problem-solving under pressure. Why Join Us?
