Martial Arts Instructor

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Tae Kwon Do Instructor, where you will inspire and empower students of all ages through engaging martial arts training. In this energetic role, you will lead classes, foster a positive learning environment, and promote physical fitness, discipline, and confidence. Your expertise will help students develop their skills while ensuring a safe and motivating atmosphere that encourages growth and achievement. Duties Lead martial arts classes for children and adults Develop lesson plans to meet individual student goals and skill levels Demonstrate proper techniques Promote safety protocols and ensure all participants follow behavior management guidelines during classes Foster a supportive environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and personal development Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills and confidence Maintain cleanliness and organization of training areas and equipment Requirements Proven experience in martial arts instruction, with a 1st Dan black belt or higher in TKD Prior competition experience a plus Brazilian Jiu Jitsu rank and experience a plus Strong background working with children and managing behavior effectively Excellent communication skills to motivate and engage students of all ages Certifications in martial arts instruction or relevant coaching credentials preferred Join us in creating an energetic environment where students can thrive physically and personally!
