Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Coach to inspire and develop participants for assistant 8 man football positions. This role involves coaching High School players through skill-building exercises, fostering teamwork, and promoting a safe, inclusive environment. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm for football ensuring each participant gains confidence, improves their abilities, and is a TEAM Player. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact while honing coaching and leadership skills. Responsibilities Lead engaging coaching sessions following practice plans. Develop players through fundamental techniques. Foster a positive environment that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth among all participants. Monitor participant behavior to ensure safety standards are maintained and implement effective behavior management strategies when needed. Provide clear instruction on techniques and rules while demonstrating proper form and safety procedures. support ongoing development and safety compliance.

Skills Strong background in football coaching or teaching Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage students effectively. Knowledge of behavior management techniques suitable for working with High School Students. Ability to demonstrate leadership while maintaining a safe environment for all participants.
