In this role, you will lead engaging classes, promote a positive learning environment, and foster personal growth through structured training programs. The ideal candidate is passionate about martial arts, experienced in working with children and diverse age groups, and committed to helping students achieve their full potential. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while sharing your expertise in martial arts and sports coaching. Responsibilities Lead engaging martial arts classes, including Karate, Judo, and other disciplines, tailored to various skill levels and age groups Develop customized training plans that promote skill development, discipline, and physical fitness Ensure a safe training environment by enforcing safety protocols and proper use of equipment Teach fundamental techniques, forms, sparring, and self-defense strategies with clear instructions Manage behavior and motivate students to maintain focus and enthusiasm during classes Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behavior Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress reports, and safety incidents Experience Demonstrated ability to work with children and adapt teaching methods accordingly No martial arts experience necessary—we'll train you on our curriculum. Experience in sports-specific training instruction or coaching is highly desirable Background in team leadership within sports teams or physical education settings preferred Previous experience working in health clubs or gyms with physical education programs is a plus Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration are necessaryJoin us to empower students through martial arts training while fostering confidence, discipline, and physical health.
