Our programs include more than 15 adult USTA teams and our junior program is one of Connecticut's premier tennis development programs. We are looking for a skilled player with excellent interpersonal skills who is enthusiastic and self-motivated. Looking to fill position for September 1, 2026. Responsibilities Teaching adult programs, private lessons, and private clinics Teaching junior programs and junior private lessons Assist with program development Foster a positive energetic and professional learning environment Help all students achieve their individual goals both on and off the court Qualifications High level college player or equivalent playing background UTR 10+ preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and passion for player development Help foster a dynamic, inclusive member environment Self-motivated and dependable Team oriented with a desire to grow professionally within the industry At least two years of college SafePlay certification (program will be provided when hired) Red Cross first aide CPR/AED certifications (secured within 30 days of hire date)
Pay:
$40.00 - $50.00 per hour
