Experience working with young athletes, dancers, or gymnasts is highly preferred. The coach will work with rhythmic gymnasts and focus on improving: Ballet technique Footwork and turnout Posture and body alignment Turns and balance Flexibility and grace of movement The ideal candidate should: Have professional ballet training Have experience teaching children Understand how ballet technique supports the development of athletes in other sports , helping them improve strength, balance, and coordination
