This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching, building community, and helping players develop confidence, fitness, and tennis skills in a fun and welcoming environment. The instructor will lead group clinics, youth programs, private lessons, and community tennis activities while maintaining a safe, organized, and positive experience for all participants. Responsibilities Lead structured tennis lessons for youth and adult players Teach proper technique, footwork, serving, rallying, scoring, and match play Adjust drills and instruction based on age, experience, and skill level Create a fun, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment Set up and organize tennis equipment before each session Monitor participant safety and maintain control of the court Communicate professionally with players, parents, staff, and facility partners Track attendance and provide program updates when needed Assist with Fetch tennis events, clinics, leagues, and community activations Arrive on time and prepared for all scheduled sessions Qualifications Previous tennis coaching, teaching, or competitive playing experience Strong understanding of tennis fundamentals and scoring Comfortable working with children, teens, and adults Reliable, professional, patient, and enthusiastic Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage groups with different experience levels Must have reliable transportation to program locations throughout Miami
