Overview Tee Box Orlando is a premier golf destination located in Greater Orlando, dedicated to providing exceptional golf experiences to players of all skill levels. We offer state-of-the-art facilities, professional-grade equipment, and personalized instruction to help golfers improve their game. Our team is passionate about fostering a welcoming and engaging environment for both beginners and seasoned players. At Tee Box Orlando, we take pride in our commitment to elevating the sport of golf through outstanding service and innovative programs. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Male or Female Golf Professional at our facility in Greater Orlando. The Golf Professional will be responsible for providing high-quality golf instruction to individuals and groups, assisting with the management of day-to-day golf operations, and maintaining golf equipment. The role also involves ensuring a superior customer experience by providing exceptional service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Collaborating with the team to organize tournaments, events, and other golf-related activities will also be part of the role. Experience Required PGA Professional preferred but not Mandatory. Male or Female. TPI certified and fitness oriented. Experienced Club fitter. A Happy Human who loves helping Inspire people through the Game of Golf. !!! Social Media experience and Presence a plus. Essential Responsibilities Proficiency in Golf Instruction, including teaching techniques for players of varying skill levels Experience in Golf Management and knowledge of daily golf operations Comprehensive understanding of Golf and Golf Equipment Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and positive environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism on-site Previous experience in the golf industry is a plus Relevant certifications or a degree in Golf Management, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred
