Full Job Description Job Summary and Position Objective:
To assist the Outside Service Manager in all facets of the Outside Golf Operations, while maintaining the highest quality of service to all members and their guests.
Essential Functions:
Provide an exceptional experience for all members and guests. Be prepared to provide proper care and handing of member's and guest's clubs which includes but it not limited to cleaning thoroughly, storage, pre-loading, etc. (including rental clubs). Responsible for confirming all opening and closing procedures are completed daily. Directly responsible for setup and display of golf cart every morning in the cart staging area (a minimum of 20 carts). Checking in all members and guests at the podium. Managing the tee sheet. Keep the Cart Barn, Cart Staging Area & Bag Storage Room in a very clean manner at all times. Showing up ready to work on time and in uniform, which includes wearing an earpiece and being always reachable over the radio. Report all damages to carts immediately to Head Professional. Regular maintenance of the carts, which includes keeping batteries filled with water and tires filled with air. Keep walking carts in working order & storage of member owned walking carts. Constantly monitoring and maintaining the practice facilities. Support the golf shop with tournament operations. Perform other appropriate tasks as assigned by the Head Professional, Lead Assistant, and/or Outside Operations Manager.
Required Competencies/Skills:
Should possess a friendly & courteous attitude. Should have proficient experience of working with & maintain golf cart & be able to work on the practice tee when required. Must have a valid US Driver's License & clean driving record. Must be able to properly drive and maintain golf carts. Basic knowledge of how to properly operate a golf cart.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 1 Year in Golf Operations. Private Club experience preferred.

Day Evaluation/Annual Evaluations Work Environment:
75% of work in outside environment. Must be able to withstand heat/conditions outside.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50 lbs., stand/walk for an 8-hour shift.
