Job Summary Join our vibrant entertainment team as a Professional Mermaid, where you will bring magic and wonder to audiences of all ages! In this lively role, you will perform captivating underwater shows, engage with guests through interactive experiences, and showcase your mermaid skills in a fun, energetic environment. Your enthusiasm and creativity will help create unforgettable moments that delight visitors and elevate our aquatic entertainment offerings. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine performance artistry with customer engagement, all while promoting a positive and lively atmosphere. Responsibilities Perform engaging underwater and surface mermaid shows that captivate audiences of diverse ages Interact with children & adults alike during private mermaid swim lessons, meet-and-greet sessions, photo opportunities, and resorts, & special events to enhance their experience Demonstrate mermaid skills such as swimming, posing, and performing choreographed routines with enthusiasm Assist in product demos of mermaid costumes, accessories, and themed merchandise to promote sales Experience Professional Mermaid and/or PADI Mermaid Certification experience Strong Aquatic Swimming Ability & Training Has their own mermaid tail & equipment as a contracted instructor & performer. Experience working with children is highly preferred Experience performing product demos or conducting demonstrations that highlight features and benefits of merchandise or services Customer Service & Satisfaction skills Strong communication skills coupled with excellent in-person etiquette to interact professionally with clients Join us as a Professional Mermaid and become part of an energetic team dedicated to creating joyful memories!
