Kids & Adults Boxing/Kickboxing Instructor

1MR One More Round i 1MR is a Boxing and Muay Thai/Kickboxing gym that prides itself on teaching high quality striking in a non-intimidating, all-inclusive motivating environment, catering to a wide range of audience. We are looking for a motivated and skilled Coach to lead kids and adults group classes. As a 1MR coach, you will be responsible for providing high-quality guidance to trials and members, helping them to learn technique and achieve their goals while maintaining a fun and supportive atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Follow 1MR class structure to lead/assist high-energy classes that cater to a wide range of fitness levels and abilities. Coach and inspire kids ages 5-15 and develop life skills that go beyond the gy Provide personalized attention to trials, supporting them in their first class. Provide personalized feedback to members, helping them improve their technique and form. Support sales process by providing membership guidance and answer questions. Create a welcoming and inclusive environment that motivates and inspires members to reach their fitness goals Maintain a clean and safe workout environment, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and sanitized. Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire members. Strong understanding of proper technique and form for Boxing/Muay Thai/Kickboxing. Previous kids martial arts coaching experience. Previous sales experience or willing to learn business aspects a plus. Ability to modify exercises and routines to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities. Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their fitness goals. Team player that is willing to take on different roles of assisting and/or coaching as needed. $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
