Overview Isla Del Sol Yacht & Country Club is seeking energetic, professional, and customer-service-oriented individuals to join our Outside Golf Services team. This position plays an important role in creating a first-class experience for our members and guests by assisting with daily golf operations and maintaining the presentation of the golf facility. The ideal candidate is dependable, personable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a team environment while providing exceptional hospitality. Experience Required Strong work ethic and positive attitude Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift golf bags and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Golf knowledge is preferred but not required Essential Responsibilities Greet members and guests upon arrival and assist with golf bags and equipment Prepare and stage golf carts to club standards Clean, wash, and restock golf carts following play Maintain the driving range, short game areas, and practice facilities Pick, clean, and organize range balls Assist with club storage operations and bag handling Ensure the staging area, cart barn, and practice facilities remain clean and organized Provide professional and friendly customer service at all times Assist the Golf Professional Staff with tournaments, outings, and special events Monitor pace of play and maintain an enjoyable golf experience for all players Follow all club policies, procedures, and safety standards Benefits Hourly compensation based on experience Additional earning potential through tips and gratuities Flexible scheduling opportunities Golf privileges and employee discounts Opportunity to work in a professional club environment Valuable experience in golf operations and hospitality
