Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate, high-energy Teaching Professional to join our team. Unlike traditional golf professional roles, this position is 100% dedicated to instruction and player development . The successful candidate will focus on growing the game through private lessons, a robust junior program, and engaging group clinics. There are no requirements for golf operations, shop shifts, or tournament management at this time. Check out our website for more information about Creed National Golf Club Experience Required
PGA/LPGA
Membership:
Class A Member or Associate in good standing preferrred but not required.
Proven Track Record:
Experience in developing instructional programming with a focus on junior golf and beginner-to-intermediate players.
Communication Skills:
Ability to explain complex swing mechanics in simple, relatable terms for a variety of learning styles.
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in launch monitors and swing analysis software preferred.
Self-Starter:
A "business owner" mindset with the drive to grow their own book of business within our facility.
Essential Responsibilities Individual Instruction:
Provide high-quality private lessons to golfers of all skill levels, utilizing modern coaching technologies.
Junior Golf Leadership:
Design, promote, and execute a comprehensive junior golf program including summer camps, after-school programs, and competitive coaching for elite juniors.
Group Clinics:
Organize and lead specialized clinics for various demographics (Ladies' clinics, "Get Golf Ready" programs, Short Game intensives, etc.).
Student Retention:
Build long-term relationships with students, creating customized improvement plans that keep them engaged with the facility and the game.
Marketing & Promotion:
Actively market teaching services through club newsletters, social media, and on-range presence to build a full teaching book.
Equipment Fitting:
Provide expert club fitting services to complement the instructional process (if applicable). Benefits 100% comission based role
