We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, has experience providing great customer service, and feels comfortable engaging with families and children. This is more than simply operating a ride — we want someone who can create an exciting experience, encourage guests to participate, and represent our business with a positive attitude. Responsibilities Safely operate the Human Crane attraction following all safety procedures Secure guests into the harness system and complete all required safety checks Clearly explain ride rules and safety instructions before each ride Engage with mall visitors and actively encourage families and children to experience the attraction Deliver outstanding customer service and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere Process payments using our card-based POS system Prepare prizes and inventory before opening and keep the attraction fully stocked throughout the day Perform daily equipment inspections before opening Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area Assist with guest flow during busy mall hours What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($15-$18/hour) Stable part-time schedule Positive and supportive team environment Performance-based bonus opportunities Opportunity to grow with a unique and expanding entertainment business Work in a fun, family-oriented environment Qualifications Must be 22 years or older Strong English communication skills Previous customer service or hospitality experience Friendly, confident, and professional personality Comfortable speaking with children, families, and large groups of people Enjoy interacting with guests and encouraging participation Reliable, punctual, and highly responsible Ability to stand for extended periods Experience in entertainment, retail, hospitality, events, or working with children is a strong plus A positive attitude and willingness to grow within the company
