Job Description

Part-Time | Buffalo Grove & Hoffman Estates We're looking for experienced football coaches—not just activity leaders. OTA Chicagoland is hiring one or two dependable Flag Football Instructors to lead youth clinics throughout the northwest suburbs. This position is ideal for coaches who enjoy designing practices, teaching fundamentals, and building confident young athletes. Location Programs are held primarily in: Buffalo Grove Hoffman Estates Applicants should live within a reasonable driving distance. Schedule Applicants must be available to arrive by approximately 3:30pm on some combination of: Tuesdays Wednesdays Fridays Additional programs may be available throughout the year. Responsibilities Lead 5-6 week youth flag football clinics Develop your own age-appropriate curriculum with minimal supervision Teach football fundamentals and proper techniques Foster teamwork, confidence, discipline, and sportsmanship Maintain a safe and organized practice environment Arrive 15 minutes early for setup Communicate effectively with parents and OTA staff Qualifications Successful candidates will have: Previous football coaching experience Experience working with children Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to independently plan practices High reliability and professionalism High school, travel, park district, recreational league, or collegiate coaching experience is strongly preferred. Ideal Candidates Former football players High school or youth football coaches PE teachers Personal trainers Community college students with coaching experience Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($20
