Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and passionate Gymnastics Instructor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead engaging gymnastics classes for a wide range of age groups, fostering skill development, safety, and confidence. Your enthusiasm for sports and physical education will motivate participants to reach their full potential while ensuring a fun and safe environment. Responsibilities Design and deliver gymnastics lessons tailored to different skill levels, emphasizing proper technique and safety protocols Demonstrate gymnastics skills such as tumbling, balance beam routines, vaulting, and floor exercises Monitor participants' progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt instruction accordingly Enforce safety guidelines and ensure all equipment is used correctly and maintained properly Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal achievement Communicate effectively with students, parents, and team members about class objectives and progress Assist with event preparations, competitions, or demonstrations as needed Qualifications Proven experience in gymnastics instruction or coaching with a strong understanding of gymnastic techniques and safety standards Lifeguard experience or certification preferred; AED operation certification required or willing to obtain Knowledge of sports-specific training instruction, martial arts (such as Karate or Judo), swimming, cheerleading, climbing, or other related physical activities is a plus Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with children and adolescents Background in childcare or teaching physical education highly desirable Familiarity with behavior management strategies to promote discipline and positive conduct during classes Prior experience in health club or gym environments is advantageous Join us to inspire confidence, build skills, and ignite a passion for movement in every participant!
