Join our team of teachers and coaches doing a fun and exciting part-time 5 p.m. job! Classes are after school M-F in the afternoons, 2-5 p.m. in elementary schools. Flexible hours, work anywhere from 2-7 one-hour classes a week. Just fundamental knowledge of chess is required to be an ICT team member. If you have expertise in chess or formal experience teaching, those qualities could open the door to becoming an ICT senior team leader! ICT team member $40 an HR! Must live in IL and near the area to work in it! Basic knowledge of the rules of chess Ability to have fun and relate to children Have reliable transportation (your own car) Being dependable, prompt, and professional, and able to follow your schedule and be on time Required to take the CANTS Illinois Department of Human Services background check to work in schools A fun job for college students, education majors, or people who love chess! ICT senior team leader $50-$100 an HR! Must live in IL and be near the area where you will be working. All the requirements of an ICT team member and the following. Advanced knowledge of chess strategy and official USCF chess rating or chess.com rating > 1600. The ability to run and organize a class, managing students and other ICT team members. The ability to interact professionally with school staff, administrators, and parents. A passion for the game of chess and working with and inspiring elementary school students. Teaching experience or a college degree is a plus. Leadership skills and setting a positive example for ICT team members. Team members can work in Hinsdale, Clarendon Hills, Naperville, Geneva, Oakbrook, Arlington Heights, and surrounding areas.
