Job Description

The Early Childhood Daytime Gymnastics Instructor is responsible for providing introductory gymnastics and movement instruction.

Responsibilities:

Lead and monitor small groups of participants in gymnastics activities. Spot participants while they are performing gymnastics. Demonstrate fundamental gymnastics skills. Provide a safe and positive environment for all participants. Inspect and secure gymnastics equipment. Ability to address complaints and resolve concerns. Ability to relate sensitively to participants.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old. Minimum six 6 months of experience in early childhood or childcare, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Possession of, or ability to obtain, First Aid, CPR, and AED certification within two (2) months of hire. Ability to lift, carry, and/or move objects weighing ≤ 30 lbs on a daily. Lifting assistance is required when lifting > 30 lbs.
