This role is essential to promoting physical fitness, discipline, and the art of Taekwondo among students of all ages. As a Taekwondo Instructor, you will not only impart valuable skills but also play a crucial role in fostering self-confidence and respect among our students. Your expertise will contribute to a welcoming environment that encourages growth, teamwork, and personal achievement. Responsibilities Teach Taekwondo techniques and forms to students of all ages and skill levels. Develop training plans that maintain a balanced focus on physical fitness, technique, and personal development. Create a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning environment. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback. Organize and lead tournaments, demonstrations, and community events. Encourage the development of discipline, respect, and perseverance in students. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of martial arts techniques and instructional methods. Foster positive relationships with students and their families. Requirements To teach students forms, moves, footwork, and sparring skills of Olympic-style Taekwondo as per the employer's daily training schedule or assignment; to help new students learn basic etiquettes for Taekwondo training; to monitor students' progress and help them to reach their athletic goals; and to contribute to maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the training equipment and facility.

4th Dan Black Belt in Olympic-style Taekwondo as certified by the
Kukkiwon Wage:
$60,000 per year Full-time, 40 hours/week. 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
