Join a mission-driven team transforming education access for young adults! In this dynamic role, you'll lead innovative, data-driven efforts to strengthen literacy and numeracy outcomes by building cutting-edge assessment systems, designing impactful academic interventions, and empowering instructors with the tools and training they need to succeed. You'll dive into real student data to uncover insights, shape personalized learning pathways, and implement a powerful remediation framework that drives measurable growth and credential attainment. VISTA (Volunteers in Service to America) is a national service program under AmeriCorps focused on fighting poverty by building the capacity of nonprofit organizations and public agencies. VISTA members serve full-time on projects that create sustainable solutions-such as improving systems, expanding programs, and strengthening community partnerships-rather than providing direct services. This is a one-year term offering a Living Wage of $24,962.
