Company Overview Preschool Teacher - Enrichment Programs Position Summary We are seeking an engaging and energetic Preschool Teacher to support our enrichment programs, including cooking, yoga, and sports-based activities. This role is responsible for creating a fun, safe, and structured environment where children can explore new skills, build confidence, and develop social-emotional growth through hands-on experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead and support enrichment programs such as: Young Yogis - facilitate movement, mindfulness, and storytelling activities Kickstart Soccer - engage children in active, play-based soccer sessions Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote: Creativity and exploration Teamwork and collaboration Coordination and physical development Social-emotional learning Ensure a safe and nurturing classroom environment at all times Supervise children during enrichment sessions, maintaining appropriate ratios and active engagement Adapt activities to meet varying developmental levels and learning styles Support children in building practical life skills such as following directions, problem-solving, and cooperation Maintain cleanliness and organization of materials, especially in food-based programs Communicate positively with parents and school leadership regarding children's participation and progress Job Description Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Early Childhood Education coursework preferred Previous experience working with preschool-aged children Experience or interest in one or more of the following: Cooking or food-based learning Youth fitness, yoga, or movement activities Sports or recreational programming Strong classroom management and communication skills Ability to lead engaging, high-energy activities while maintaining structure and safety CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Key Competencies Enthusiastic, positive, and engaging personality Creative and adaptable approach to teaching Strong focus on child safety and well-being Ability to foster confidence and independence in young learners Team-oriented and collaborative Work Environment Programs take place during the school day, integrating enrichment into the daily classroom experience Activities may include kitchen-based learning, physical movement, and outdoor play Why Join Us Our enrichment programs are designed to give every child the opportunity to explore, move, create, and grow in a fun, supportive environment .
