Overview Join our dynamic team as a Part Time Gymnastics Instructor and inspire children to develop their physical skills, confidence, and love for movement! In this energetic role, you will lead engaging gymnastics classes, teach fundamental skills, and promote a safe, fun environment for all participants. Whether working with beginners or more advanced students, your enthusiasm and expertise will help foster a lifelong passion for fitness and athleticism. This paid position offers flexible hours perfect for individuals passionate about sports, coaching, and working with children. Duties Lead structured gymnastics classes and birthday parties tailored to different age groups and skill levels Demonstrate proper techniques for tumbling, balance beams, vaults, and other gymnastic activities Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities and equipment is used correctly Provide clear instructions, encouragement, and constructive feedback to motivate students Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive learning environment Assist in setting up equipment and maintaining the cleanliness of the gym area Support participants' progress by tracking skill development and celebrating achievements Requirements Prior experience in gymnastics, cheer, or sports-related preferred Knowledge of sports-specific training methods such as tumbling, cheerleading, climbing or martial arts like karate or judo Experience working with children in educational or recreational settings Strong communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate students Ability to demonstrate safety awareness and behavior management techniques Passion for teaching physical education and fostering a fun, inclusive atmosphere Embark on a rewarding journey helping young athletes develop their skills while promoting health and confidence!
