Job Description

Overview Brookline Golf Course is building a player-development program. We aim to provide golfers of all ages and skill levels with access to professional instruction, supervised practice, and game-improvement programs in a welcoming public golf environment. We are looking to connect with Teaching Professionals who may be interested in joining our coaching team in a flexible role that can complement their current teaching, playing, or professional commitments. This opportunity is ideal for instructors who enjoy coaching and player development. Whether you're seeking supplemental income, additional teaching opportunities, or a chance to work with players in a structured academy setting, we'd love to hear from you. Brookline Golf Course offers access to a busy public golf facility with a diverse player base, practice areas, junior programs, and clinics. Our focus is on creating an engaging learning environment that helps golfers improve while making the game more accessible and enjoyable. Scheduling can be tailored to fit your availability. Opportunities may include private lessons, group instruction, junior programs, supervised practice sessions, and player development initiatives. If you're passionate about helping golfers improve and want to be part of a growing player development program at one of Greater Boston's premier public golf facilities, we'd be happy to connect. Experience Required PGA of America Member or Associate (preferred, not required) Experience delivering private lessons or coaching players Comfortable working with players of varying skill levels Familiarity with launch monitor or simulator technology (or willingness to learn) Strong communication skills Essential Responsibilities Deliver private or small-group instruction as desired Create a positive, professional experience for clients Maintain a clean and professional teaching space
