Tennis Pro Job Description Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Tennis Pro to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong background in tennis and a desire to educate and inspire students of all ages and skill levels. The Tennis Pro will be responsible for providing high-quality tennis instruction, fostering a positive learning environment, and promoting the sport within our community. Hours are flexible. Responsibilities Conduct individual and group tennis lessons for students and adults of varying skill levels. Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs and goals of each student. Educate students and adults on proper techniques, strategies, and sportsmanship. Organize and lead tennis clinics, camps, and tournaments to engage the community. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all participants. Provide feedback to students on their progress and areas for improvement. Assist in managing court schedules and ensuring proper maintenance of facilities. Qualifications Proven experience working with students and adults in a coaching or instructional capacity is preferred. Strong knowledge of tennis techniques, rules, and strategies. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that promote skill development. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
