As a vital member of our team, you will lead dynamic training sessions, teach fundamental and advanced parkour techniques, and foster a safe, motivating environment for students to develop their skills. Your enthusiasm for movement, combined with your ability to connect with participants, will help cultivate confidence, agility, and resilience in every class. This paid position offers an opportunity to share your expertise in a vibrant setting dedicated to physical activity and personal growth. Responsibilities Lead engaging parkour classes for diverse age groups, ensuring safety and fun at all times Demonstrate proper techniques for vaulting, climbing, jumping, rolling, and obstacle navigation Develop customized lesson plans that cater to different skill levels and learning styles Monitor participants' progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement Maintain a safe environment by enforcing safety protocols and behavior management strategies Communicate effectively with clients and parents about class goals, progress, and safety guidelines Assist in setting up training areas with appropriate equipment and ensuring cleanliness after sessions Qualifications Prior experience in parkour instruction or related sports such as gymnastics, martial arts (e.g., Karate, Judo), or climbing Strong background in sports coaching or physical education teaching Experience working with children or youth in a coaching or childcare setting Knowledge of safety procedures including AED operation, first aid, and CPR certification Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing groups or teams during activities like soccer coaching or cheerleading Familiarity with behavior management techniques to promote positive engagement during classes Additional skills such as swimming, basketball, climbing, or sports-specific training instruction are a plus Join us as a Parkour Instructor and be part of a lively community that promotes movement excellence!
