Ninja Warrior/Parkour coach

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Ninja Warrior and Parkour Coach, where you'll inspire and guide participants of all ages to conquer obstacle courses, develop agility, strength, and confidence. This energetic role involves leading engaging training sessions, demonstrating advanced parkour and ninja skills, and fostering a fun, safe environment for learners to push their limits. Duties Lead energetic and motivating ninja warrior and parkour classes for diverse age groups, emphasizing proper technique and safety. Design creative obstacle courses that challenge participants' agility, balance, coordination, and strength. Demonstrate advanced skills in martial arts such as karate, judo, or climbing to inspire students and enhance training sessions. Provide individualized coaching to help students improve their performance and achieve personal goals. Maintain a safe environment by enforcing behavior management policies and ensuring all equipment is used correctly. Engage with children and students through childcare experience or teaching background to foster confidence and enjoyment in physical activity. Collaborate with team members to develop new programs that incorporate elements of gymnastics, cheerleading, swimming, or other sports to diversify training options. Skills Proven experience in sports coaching, martial arts (karate, judo), or climbing disciplines with a passion for ninja warrior-style activities. Strong background in teaching physical education or working with children in a childcare or school setting. Excellent behavior management skills to motivate participants while maintaining safety standards. Knowledge of swimming, cheerleading, basketball or other team sports is a plus for creating well-rounded training programs. Lifeguard experience is advantageous for overseeing water-related activities or ensuring safety during pool-based components. Ability to demonstrate technical skills in martial arts or gymnastics with clarity and enthusiasm.
