Job Description
Dr. Charles L. Sifford Golf Course, located in Charlotte, NC , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Instructor ! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Associate working toward membership Must be a dedicated golf instructor with a minimum of one year of related experience in golf instruction and club-fitting techniques Teaching and coaching experience in all aspects of the game of golf; experience with video analysis preferred Must possess exceptional communication skills Must have highly polished interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people easily and quickly Must be extremely organized, efficient, and detail-oriented Must be highly motivated, goal-driven, and a self-starter Must work extremely well in a team environment Take a lead role in all Ladies Programs, Private and Group Instruction, Golf Schools, Corporate Clinics, Member Clinics, and Junior Programs Provide golf instruction to Tiburon membership, resort guests, students from the community, and juniors Assist in the supervision and upkeep of the practice facilities to ensure that safe, clean, organized, and professional conditions exist throughout Assist the Golf Academy with all current instructional programs Assist in keeping all teaching aids and instruction inventory in excellent condition Participate in administrative duties as directed and as needed to ensure smooth operation of the golf instruction program Perform some of the opening and closing duties of the instruction program as directed Represent the facility in the community and with local businesses through promotional activities and programs Healthcare Benefits- Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement) Retirement Benefits
