Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Gymnastics Instructor and inspire individuals of all ages to develop their athletic skills, confidence, and love for movement! In this energetic role, you will lead engaging gymnastics classes, teach fundamental skills, and promote a safe, fun environment for learners to thrive. Whether working with children or adults, your enthusiasm and expertise will help participants reach new heights in their physical development. Duties Lead structured gymnastics classes tailored to different age groups and skill levels, ensuring participants learn proper techniques and safety protocols Design creative lesson plans that incorporate fundamental gymnastics skills Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement and confidence-building Enforce safety standards by supervising equipment use and maintaining a secure environment during all activities Manage behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and behavior management strategies to foster a respectful and inclusive atmosphere Collaborate with other instructors and staff to organize special events, competitions, or demonstrations that showcase participant achievements Requirements Proven experience in gymnastics instruction or coaching with a strong understanding of gymnastic techniques and safety procedures Background in gymnastics and/or cheer tumbling Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children and students of diverse backgrounds while managing behavior positively Strong communication skills to clearly instruct participants and collaborate with team members Certifications in first aid and CPR are preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain relevant certifications is expected Embark on an exciting journey where your energy fuels the growth of aspiring athletes!
