We are Buckeye Gymnastics, the premier gymnastics center in Central Ohio serving Westerville and Powell for over 40 years. We have wonderful students, two clean, safe, and fully-equipped gyms, and a reputation for excellence. We have positions open for preschool and recreational gymnastics. The Job :
As a Gymnastics Instructor, you will lead daily classes and training programs, instruct athletes on gymnastics disciplines (vault, beam, bars, floor, etc.), focus on fun, teach the basics step-by-step, develop confidence in our students and have more fun.
Key Responsibilities :
Teaching gymnastics, making each class energetic and fun, monitoring and assessing athlete progress and delivering feedback, fostering positive relationships with athletes, parents, and coworkers.
Qualifications & Skills:
Must-haves:
a quick learner, enthusiastic about working with kids, and experience either teaching gymnastics or cheerleading, or participating yourself. We have a strong training program so prior coaching experience is not required. You will also need to be available on evenings and weekends.
Nice-to-haves:
prior coaching experience, USAG membership, CPR and First Aid.
What We Offer:
Pay:
$14-20 per hour, depending on experience.
