Gymnastics Instructor

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in gymnastics or related sports, with the ability to inspire and motivate aspiring gymnasts. The candidate must be able to work at least one after-school shift per week (approximately from 4:00-8:30 PM). There will also be opportunities for weekend hours working birthday parties, private lessons, camps, movie nights, and other special events. Responsibilities Teach fundamental gymnastics skills to young children (can work with children ages 1-12). Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills. Implement behavior management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment. Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns. Skills Background in gymnastics or related sports such as cheerleading. Knowledge of behavior management techniques to effectively guide student interactions. Ability to create a fun and engaging atmosphere that fosters learning and development. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. A passion for working with children and promoting physical fitness. Reliable and the ability to work together as part of a team. Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
