  • $18 an hour 17 hours ago Benefits Paid training Flexible schedule Qualifications Outdoor work experience Customer service Ability to follow instructions Archery Teaching Full Job Description Work under the supervision of the lead facilitator to deliver fun programming at Shiloh Adventures.
Programming includes our team building course, zipline, climbing wall, faith pole, u-course, archery, fishing, and canoeing/kayaking. Responsibilities Teach and assess necessary technical skills to participant group Provide instructions to participant groups for agreed upon program elements Process reflection/learning dialogue for appropriate activities Set up course using accepted practices Perform daily course and equipment inspection prior to program Monitor and manage safety practices during program Tear down element equipment after the program Insure proper documentation of equipment, incidents and records of possible concern Inspect bathrooms after events and clean as needed Provide top-notch customer service to our guests at all times
IMPORTANT
On-site training and testing will take place prior to working any events. Mandatory paid training will take place over three days.
NOTE:
This job is an "on call" position. Hours are based on when groups book with us. Our busiest months are May
