In this paid role, you will deliver engaging, professional instruction focused on improving batting techniques, game strategies, and overall performance. Your energetic approach and commitment to athlete development will help foster confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game in every participant. Responsibilities Design and implement customized hitting instruction plans tailored to individual athlete needs and skill levels Demonstrate proper batting techniques, stance, swing mechanics, and timing to enhance performance Provide constructive feedback and motivate athletes to achieve their personal best Monitor progress through regular assessments and adjust coaching strategies accordingly Ensure a safe training environment by adhering to safety protocols and maintaining equipment integrity Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and team members to track development and address questions or concerns Lead warm-up exercises, drills, and practice sessions that promote skill mastery and physical fitness Qualifications Previous experience as a baseball hitting coach or instructor with a strong understanding of batting mechanics Background in sports coaching, sports-specific training instruction, or athletic training preferred Experience working with children or youth athletes is highly desirable Knowledge of sports team leadership, behavior management, and effective communication skills Additional experience in related sports such as soccer coaching, basketball, cheerleading, climbing, martial arts (Karate, Judo), or gymnastics is advantageous Demonstrated ability to teach physical education concepts clearly and motivate students of diverse backgrounds Familiarity with health club or gym environments and experience working with sports teams enhances suitability for this role Embark on a rewarding journey helping aspiring baseball players develop their skills while building confidence through energetic coaching.
