In this dynamic role, you'll create welcoming atmospheres, deliver exceptional guest services, and ensure every visitor enjoys a seamless and exciting golf experience. From managing event setups to assisting guests with their needs, your energy and enthusiasm will help craft memorable moments on the course. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine outdoor work, hospitality, and event management in a lively environment that celebrates teamwork and fun. Duties Greet guests warmly, providing outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure Assist with organizing and managing golf events, tournaments, and special outings, ensuring smooth operations Oversee guest check-in processes using POS systems and process cash transactions accurately Support event venue setup and breakdown, including manual handling of equipment and supplies Manage guest inquiries, resolve conflicts professionally, and handle any issues with tact and diplomacy Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, including first aid response if needed and adherence to health guidelines Facilitate outdoor activities by providing instructions, public speaking to groups, and engaging children in fun golf-related activities Experience Prior experience in events management or hospitality is highly desirable Background in retail sales or food service enhances guest interaction skills Experience working with children or in resort settings adds value to creating family-friendly environments Lifeguard or CPR certification demonstrates safety awareness; first aid training is a plus Familiarity with outdoor work environments, heavy lifting, manual handling, and safety protocol adherence is essential Competence in basic math for processing transactions and managing cash handling operations Previous theater or public speaking experience helps in engaging groups confidently during events Pay is $10.00 plus tips/commissions Must be available nights and weekends.
