About Dripping Springs Racquet Club Dripping Springs Racquet Club is Austin's premier state-of-art club where you can relax, meet friends, and get into the best shape of your life. We offer a Tennis Junior Program that is dedicated to the well-being of each student with a strong emphasis on the developmental process as well as programs for adults of all ages and abilities. We also have programs for Padel and Pickleball! Along with the social mixers that are super fun for everyone, Polo Club is THE club to be a part of in Austin! Description Dripping Springs Racquet Club in Austin, Texas is seeking a Teaching Professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and customer-focused environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide instruction for tennis, pickleball, and padel lessons to individuals and groups of all levels, including ladies teams and juniors. Organize and promote racquet sports clinics, special events, and programs to engage and retain members. Supervise racquet sports play, enforce club rules, and ensure proper maintenance of equipment and facilities. Represent the club in state or national events when possible. Assist with court maintenance and stringing as needed. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction. Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent. USTA NetGeneration Certification required. Minimum of 2 years experience teaching tennis, pickleball, and padel. Ability to communicate effectively in English. U.S.T.A. rating of 4.0 or higher preferred.
Physical Requirements:
